Q. Where are LIBAR jewellery creations manufactured?

 

A. All LIBAR jewellery is manufactured start to finish in Canada. Our office in Toronto is the center point for all LIBAR products you see across Canada.

 

 

Q. Can I engrave a personal message on my jewellery?

A. Yes! Any piece ordered can be engraved with a message of your choosing. Some items may have space limitations so any restrictions would be on a piece to piece basis.

 

Q. Can I find more information about any products?

A. Each model will give a description of what is displayed, but if you have questions regarding any other specifics please forward your inquires via email to info@libar.ca.

 

Q. Do jewellery pieces come with an appraisal certificate?

A. Yes, all items purchased will be shipped with an authentic appraisal certificate included with the final cost.

 

Q. When are orders shipped?

A. Pieces are shipped within 7 - 10 business days from order confirmation.

 

Q. Where does LIBAR ship to?

A. We offer shipping anywhere within Canada and United States.

 

Q. Can I find any LIBAR jewellery at stores near me?

Q. What currency do you work with? 

A. We are based in and ship from Canada and so our pricing on the site is displayed and charged in Canadian dollars (CAD).

 

Q. Do you do repairs?

A. We offer repair services exclusively for LIBAR products purchased from our online store or one of our local retailers. Estimates for any repairs will be available at a local retailer near you. Find a location via our Store Locator.

 

Q. What are these different markings stamped on my jewellery?

A. All LIBAR jewellery will be marked in three different ways. Firstly they will all be stamped with the LIBAR brand, secondly they will include a karat stamp (10k, 14k, 18k, etc.) which will signify the percentage of pure gold used in your jewellery. Each ring will also be stamped with the Canadian flag to show its origin.
